  • Recieve a detailed response and recommendations to begin the 1on1 consultation.

  • Receive your strength program (Allow 7 days).

  • Ensuring progress with weekly check-ins and continual support.

What to expect:

 

  • An individualised program designed to optimise your path to your goal(s).
  • A Strength Training package shows you how to interpret and carry out your program.
  • Custom  made to facilitate your frequency and equipment available.

    (i.e. 1 gym sessions + 2 home workouts per week)

  • Weekly Check-ins online.
  • Continuous support
  • Continuos monitoring and management of progress.
